A NGO is planning to setting up a Social Enterprise in Agricultural
Sector in the District of Ganjam and looking for engagement of a person as
Head-Agro Social Enterprise.
The required qualification and competencies are as under:
· He should be MBA preferably in Rural
Management
· He should have 10-15 years of
experience in agriculture or Rural Development sector.
· He should have excellent written
& verbal communication skill with ability to influence.
· He should have leadership capability
to lead a large team
· He should have good networking and
liasiing skill
· He should be energetic & honest
to motivate for the organisational results
He will be based in
Berhampur.
